Prices

All prices are per day or per flat for 1 – 2 people. For other people we calculate an extra charge (have a look at the price list).
Accommodation, bed line, heating, water, electricity, towels, the „Klausen Card – alps & wine “, cleaning (by a stay less than 3 nights nights we calculate an extra charge, have a look at the price list) and all fees and taxes are included on price, except the local tax. The internet using is inclusive in price. For the guest washing machine you have to pay a fee.

Local Tax

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
In 2020 the local tax is € 1.75

Pets

Pets aren’t allowed in our holiday flats. We hope you understand this.

Payment

You can pay with cash or by bank transfer (before coming). You cannot pay with credit card, pay card or cash card.

Arrival and departure

Holliday flats are ready after 3 p.m. on arrival day. On the departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 a.m.

Sending an offer

Sending an offer is always free and without obligation. Please note that sending an offer does not block your accommodation. The accomodation will continue to be bookable for others. Please inform us if we should block the accommodation for you.

Booking

Please take note: booking is binding upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation.
The deposit is 25% of the booking value, minimum 50.00€ and not more than 250,00€.
Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply.

Cancellation policies

There is no right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law – yet we allow you to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions in accordance wit Art. 1382 ZGB:
If you cancel the booking we keep the handsel.
Cancellations made by guests on or after 3 months prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made up to 1 month before start of journey: 40% of the booking value.
Cancellations between 1 month until 1 week before start of journey: 70% of the booking value.
Cancellations made up to 1 week before start of journey: 90% of agreed total price.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.

Holiday cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out “Red Rooster” holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner.
