We recommend that you take out "Red Rooster" holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. There is no right to withdraw from the contract
in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law –
yet we allow you to withdraw from the contract under the
following conditions in accordance wit Art. 1382 ZGB:
If you cancel the booking we keep the handsel.
Cancellations made by guests on or after 3 months prior
to set arrival date are subject to the following
cancellation conditions:
Cancellations made up to 1
month before start of journey: 40% of the booking value.
Cancellations between 1 month until 1 week before start
of journey: 70% of the booking value.
Cancellations
made up to 1 week before start of journey: 90% of agreed
total price.
In case of no show or in case of
anticipated departure, the total price for the complete
stay is charged.
